 The goal of the project is to investigate possibilities in bringing a 3D experience to the engineer, investigate what technologies are available and most feasible in bringing an intuitive interface to the engineer.The engineers we aim at supporting are focussed on designing / engineering complex systems, which are often expressed in geometrical objects and attributes. It is therefore important that tools we produce express their solutions in geometrical objects as well. A '3D' experience for the engineers operating the tools is therefore of upmost importance.
